Lorna & Ryan are MARRIED! | The Manor House Wedding

I am so happy to announce Mr. & Mrs. McCloy!! Lorna & Ryan tied the knot last Thursday in a very intimate ceremony with just their closest 60 or so friends and relatives to witness their vows. They chose to get married at the Manor House in Littleton and once you see the photos, you’ll know why! The ceremony backdrop was straight out of an artists painting! Two mountains coming together to form a “V” shape with a direct view of Downtown Denver smack in the middle. When I first saw it I thought it might be fake! How could it be that perfect?

The weather had been a bit stormy and very windy when my 2nd shooter, Mckenzie and I arrived, but only got better as the day went on. The light cloud coverage made for happy photographers giving us a natural filter and ability to use any space we wanted to!

Lorna greeted us with a smile that went ear to ear and was obviously enjoying herself. Her smile is absolutely contagious! She was with her mom and two sisters and little niece all getting ready together in the cottage on site. As we started the day photographing her lovely details I soon realized that Lorna had not left any detail to chance. Very thoughtful in what she chose and it showed a great deal of her classic and romantic style. (Again. . . a dream come true to photograph!) Ryan and his groomsmen also had a very cool industrial space to get ready in equipped with a pool table, beer and pizza. Who needs anything more, right!?

As the ceremony neared the clouds thinned out even more and the sun made an appearance just as Lorna and her father walked down the aisle to a song from Beauty & The Beast. Ryan’s face was priceless as he saw his future wife coming towards him. Tears were flowing (especially from Lorna’s two sisters. . . I saw you ladies!) and They exchanged rings and were pronounced husband and wife and lead their guests back down the aisle to celebrate! Everyone there was so happy to be celebrating with them and all had such amazing things to say about both the Bride & Groom individually and as a couple. They truly complete each other and I’m so happy to see them join their families together officially! (The universe thinks it as well and graced them with not one, but TWO rainbows during their reception. . . pretty cool!) There was lots of talk about babies and extending their family so hopefully we’ll be seeing these two again soon maybe with another member on the way!
