Something about taking a kid to his first baseball game is just so cool! Im not a HUGE baseball fan, but you don’t have to be to enjoy going to a game! I was a little hesitant about taking Leyton to a night game, but decided he was old enough and could stay up a little extra late for a special treat:) I probably should’ve made him take an early nap that day (he fell asleep in the car on the way down to the game), but he rallied and make it to the 8th inning when he said, “Mom, back home.” Well ok then! Since he had sooooooo much fun, I’d consider that a success! He loved all the cheering, the lights, peanut eating & shell tossing, looking through his Pop’s binoculars, dancing with Uncle Andrew, high five-ing after a GRAND SLAM, eating pizza (I tried to convince him on a hot dog, but the kid knows what he likes. I had one instead!), and seeing all the people out at Coors Field. We’ll definitely be going again!
Not a bad evening for a game:)
Wish I would’ve known we were doing silly faces!
The pleasures of having a girlfriend with extremely long hair:)
7th inning stretch
The only thing he wanted from the souvenir shop. . .
Giving some skin after a Grand Slam!
What an awesome time!
What a memorable outing! He will be a Rockies fan for life! Sweet sweet photos! Thanks for sharing!
These are just precious!
