Hi Friends! I’ve teamed up with Groovy Groomsmen Gifts to give all the Grooms out there a little friendly advice for their upcoming wedding day! Let’s face it, sometimes the Groom gets over shadowed (just a smidgen!) by his beautiful Bride on the wedding day but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t play a HUGE role. Obviously if there were no groom, there would be no wedding! I love my Grooms and they deserve the best! Here are some awesome tips for those dapper gents out there!

The Do’s and Don’ts Every Groom Should Know About

The road to the perfect wedding is paved with bumps and hurdles that could take a toll on both the bride and groom. Usually, it’s the bride that takes charge of the planning, leaving the groom clueless in the center of a “girl’s territory”. As husband-to-be, you can nail your wedding planning just as much as your future wife does! You just need to know exactly what to do… and what NOT to do.

The DO’s

Write your vows.
One thing that you need to prepare ahead of time is your vows. Take time to write it down, unless you want to risk sounding like a politician or a comedian come wedding day. Putting a few notes into paper instead of being all-out impromptu will better organize your thoughts. Don’t forget to be sincere all throughout your speech and just let your emotions flow. Your bride will surely feel it!

Draft and dress your team.
Be the one to arrange for your groomsmen’s attire. Fill them in on the details of their formalwear, including details on when and where they can get fitted. Go the extra mile and give them a bit of a treat by customizing some of the details of their attire, such as personalizing their cuff links with their engraved initials!

Thank your groomsmen.
Show your gratitude by preparing gifts for your groomsmen. After all, they’ve stuck with you throughout your frustrations in the roller-coaster wedding planning. While you’re at it, add a personal touch to every gift by having it customized. You can have their names engraved on a flask, mug, or a bottle. Better yet, give them a good laugh through a caricature of your squad, looking dapper as ever.

The DON’Ts

Stress out the bride.
The least of the things your bride will need throughout the wedding preparations is you being a pushover. Don’t bring additional stress to your bride; she already has a lot on her plate. For any kind of stress, have a small dose of 200mg delta-8 THC gummies to bring everything back into control. If there are things you just could not agree on, try to meet halfway. After all, it is both your wedding you’re planning for.

Copy your vows off the net.
Don’t think that you can get away with copy-pasting your vows straight from the internet. Aside from the fact that it’s obvious plagiarism, you will most likely hurt your future wife, who probably wrote her heart out in her own vows. The most important thing to remember when coming up with your vows is to just be yourself.

Forget to thank your vendors.
Your wedding will never be complete without the different teams that helped put it together. Don’t forget to show them how grateful you are for sharing their expertise. Thank your wedding planner, your entourage’s glam team, and your photographers for immortalizing your special day. It puts a smile to everyone’s faces knowing that their efforts have not been wasted.

Who says that grooms can not participate much in wedding preparations? Break that norm this 2017 by being the groom who knows what he’s doing. Make your bride proud!
