Melissa & Rich are Married! | A Spruce Mountain Ranch Wedding

When you have your wedding at an amazing Ranch in the Colorado countryside you know it’s going to be beautiful. Now add your closest friends and family members, sit them down on the hillside overlooking the most gorgeous scenery and vow to love one another for the rest of your life and it’s pretty much the perfect day! Melissa & Rich did just this a few weekends ago and now are sitting pretty as Newlyweds! When I first pulled up to Spruce Mountain Ranch I found Melissa & her girlfriends casually hanging out and almost already ready for the ceremony (which NEVER happens!). They were so excited and just glad to be a part of their best friends wedding day. The boys were lounging in the cigar bar at the ranch making fun of each other and drinking beers. I could tell Rich was having a great time with his buddies but that he was also excited to see his future wife. As the minutes grew closer to the ceremony, the girls become more and more giddy and we headed up the hill to where Melissa & Rich would say their vows. Their guests had already been seated and were anxiously awaiting Melissa’s arrival! As each couple walked down the aisle the anticipation grew and finally Melissa & her Father stepped out from the trees and he lead her down the aisle to Rich. It was a sweet ceremony with smiles all around, literally smiles all.day.long from the Bride as you’ll see in the photos! Melissa has an infectious smile that captures her fun and lighthearted spirit! After the couple was announced husband and wife and they skipped back down the aisle their guests were lead back down the hill to the reception as we toughed out a little chilly wind and got a few more photographs. It was a GORGEOUS day (a little chilly, but perfect for a Fall wedding!) and the storms stayed away. As it darkened and people moved inside they were treated to a delicious dinner, bundt cakes and dancing into the night. I am so happy for Melissa & Rich and hope you love my favorites from throughout the day! Congrats you two and I wish you all the happiness you could possibly ever imagine!
