I’m so happy to have this gorgeous Della Terra Wedding on the blog for you today! Megan & Brian are two of the sweetest and caring people and can now finally say after over a 2 year engagement that they are MARRIED!! As we were approaching the venue in Estes Park  to say it was raining would be an understatement. It was POURING! Never a good sign on a wedding day (as you can imagine!) but as a photographer in Colorado I really wasn’t too worried! You never know what the weather is going to do, especially in the mountains but it usually pulls through just as you need it. And that’s exactly what happened!

Megan & her gorgeous bridesmaids greeted us with huge smiles on their faces and mimosas in their hands. They had already gotten quite good at the group selfie and were obviously having a blast with each other. Megan handed me all of her details and as you’ll see I was in a little photographer heaven to say the least. She has such beautiful taste and it showed through out their whole day.

As we prepared for Brian & Megan’s First look, I could tell that both of them were a little nervous but so excited to see one another. My heart just melted listening to the way Brian talked to his future Bride after he saw her for the first time. So loving and sweet.

We had just enough time without rain to get in lots of beautiful photos outdoors with the Bride & Groom and all of their awesome Bridal Party. They were troopers as we suggested a pretty spot that was through a pretty wet field. . . they were all for it! They ended up being some of my favorite photos of the day! (You guys rock!)

The rain came back just enough to postpone their ceremony for about 20 minutes, but then cleared up and it was gorgeous! Their guests cheered for Brian as he made his way to the ceremony and watched lovingly as they said their vows to one another. The officiant asked for help from their guests to all pronounce them husband and wife and they cheered again as Brian kissed his Bride.

Everyone dined on a delicious meal, indulged on many desserts including a Chicago Cubs cake and an ice cream bar. The dancing continued into the night and I am so happy to have been there to capture it all. Megan & Brian I wish you the most happiest marriage! Enjoy my favorites from the day! Congrats!
