Brad & Leah met in a bar. Yep, not just like the movies. . . a real life bar! I feel like that doesn’t happen too much anymore so it’s actually refreshing to say! Brad spotted Leah from across the room and was chivalrous enough to buy her (AND all her friends) a shot right then and there and the rest is history! These two couldn’t be any more perfect for each other. They are adventurous and funny and all around really sweet people. They decided to tie the knot up on top of Flagstaff Mountain a few short weeks ago and lucked out with amazing weather! We had overcast skies so it wasn’t too hot and made for some awesome photos! We shot a portion of their engagement photos at Chataqua Park so it was fitting to get some of their wedding photos in the iconic location as well. Then the adventurous souls that they are, we climbed up the mountain and got some epic shots of the couple at Lost Gulch Overlook. So beautiful!!
Their ceremony was heartfelt and full of personal touches. Their friends played music and serenaded us with beautiful voices. (Not a dry eye in the place. . . including mine!) After they were announced husband and wife they gathered at the picnic area on the mountain for great speeches, beautiful toasts and a delicious lunch reception. All in all it was a perfect wedding day, a delightful celebration filled with so many wonderful people and a lot of genuine love! I’m so happy for the newlyweds and wish you both the very best!
Cheers!
